Ingredients of Okonomiyaki
- You need of Flour.
- You need of Water.
- Prepare of Shredded Cabbage.
- Prepare of Egg.
- It's of Meat (Pork, Chicken Breast, etc.).
Okonomiyaki instructions
- Place shredded cabbage and meat into a large bowl (can pre-cook meat, if desired).
- Add flour, eggs, and water to the bowl and mix with a whisk until all ingredients form a doughy paste and eggs are well incorporated.
- Add cooking spray or olive oil to a medium frying pan and heat on the stove on high.
- Once the pan is hot, lower the heat to medium-high and add a large scoop of the batter to the pan.
- Let the Okonomiaki cook until the edges begin to look dry, and then flip to cook the other side with a spatula.
- Make sure both sides/the meat inside are fully cooked before removing from the pan.
- Add mayonnaise and Okonomiaki sauce on top to taste, and ready to serve!.
