- It's 300 gms of Fresh Strawberries.
- It's 1Cup: of Rolled Oats.
- You need 3/4 Cup of Maida/All-purpose flour.

- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder.

- It's 1 tsp of Lemon Zest (Optional- if the strawberries are already a bit sour in tastes).

- Prepare 1 tbsp of Cornstarch: To Coat/Toss the Strawberries with.
- Prepare 1 of square Baking Tray/Pan/Dish: Pre-lined with the parchment paper & well greased.

- In a large mixing bowl: Add in all the aforementioned dry ingredients- Mix well until nicely combined.

- Add in the butter to it & the vanilla essence too- Again, mix everything well together until all are incorporated.
- Now, spread the same over the pre-greased & lined Baking Pan- With the help of your palm ✋ spread the mixture evenly- Set aside...Keep about 3/4-1 Cup Oats Crumble, separately in another bowl (for later use).
- Now chop the strawberries into small pieces & coat it with the measured sugar & cornstarch- Give it a toss, a few times & spread it over the already laid Oats Crumble- Press gently, with your palms again.
- Finally: Pour in the reserved Oats Crumble over the Baking Pan- As its top layer- Spread it evenly & press gently with your palms & now, its time to bake it.
- Preheat the oven @180C for about 10-12 mins time...Place the Baking Tray inside & Bake, for about 30-35 mins time or until it becomes a bit brownish, from its crust.
- Turn off the oven & allow it to cool down, inside the oven itself for at least 10-12 mins time & then, take it out & let it cool down completely.
- De-mould, once completely cooled down- Slice it up accordingly, as per your own choice...& ENJOY.
