- You need 60 gms of dried Cranberries (Diced).
- It's 1 of Baking Tray/Sheet: Pre-lined with the Parchment Paper.
- Prepare 1 of piece: Parchment Paper- Optional.
- It's of Preheated Oven: @180C for about 10 mins time.

- In a large mixing bowl: Sieve all the Dry Ingredients altogether (twice) & set aside.
- Now, in a Cup: Mix the Orange Juice & EVOO/Oil, together & whisk well.
- Now, pour in this oil-orange juice mixture into the Dry Ingredients Mix Bowl & combine everything together nicely.
- At this point: Add in the Choco-chips & Dry Cranberries to it & give everything a good mix until all well incorporated & forms a smooth dough.
- In a Baking Tray: Line up with a Parchment Paper or Baking Sheet & set aside (Greasing not required).
- Now, from the prepared dough: Scoop out the dough-lets of similar sizes & roll it out within your palms to form a round shape & then gently press to flatten it out a bit- (As it normally is in any rounded Cookies.
- Place them directly into the lined up Baking Tray & bake in a preheated oven at 180C, for about 15-16 mins time (varies with different oven temperature settings) or until it’s well baked.
